As an artist, I want people to understand my work clearly; to understand the meaning behind my photos. I try to take photographs that are direct and straightforward, minimalist in style and spare in content.

My subjects vary, although I tend to focus on things that people might overlook: the lines of a building, the scenery of the area, the aesthetic of the environment .

Since the beginning of the year 2020, we have been facing one of the tough challenges in life.  This pandemic has encouraged us to explore new content by taking the time to know ourselves deeply. Facing this pandemic has shown me to enjoy many details in the great of Montreal. In my work I want to express the comfort of being outside of home, experiencing public space as an emotional place, of walking around the city of Montreal enjoying the architecture, looking at details that we usually don't see.

Many people focus so much on long range life goals that they don't appreciate the small things that have around them. Many people love to explore monuments when they travel to a new countries. My work will give the viewer a feeling of travelling while at home, seeing Montreal through new eyes, and appreciating the aesthetics of comfortable space.
